Executive Forums –  a confidential group of peers from non competing businesses who meet regularly to exchange ideas, experiences, and best practices. 

Executive Coaching – one on one collaboration with a seasoned coach with expertise in organizational change, talent strategies, and leadership.

Chief Talent Officer – a part time extension of the client’s executive team that works on aligning talent to the corporate vision and strategies.  Provides retained services for a set number of hours over a predetermined time period.

Consulting Engagement -  a specific project is scoped and delivered by a management consultant in conjunction with the client team.
