About Our Team:

John Favell – Founder
John Favell has been in the staffing industry in Tulsa continuously since 1974.  He was founder and President of Key Temporary Personnel in 1978 and Accounting Principals in 1991 as well as several others.  He was the founder and currently actively involved with MyStaf, Search Engine and AcctKnowledge.  VISTALIGN is his latest business venture as he broadens his services in the talent management field by offering consulting services. John’s civic involvement has included such organizations as:  Indian Nations Council of the Boy Scouts, a Trustee with the Tulsa Industrial Authority, Masters Society member of Philbrook Museum of Art, a member of the Alexis de Tocqueville Society of the Tulsa Area United way and former Chairman of the Tulsa Chapter of the American Heart Association.

Courtney Carter – Corporate Communications Director
Courtney has 10 years experience in sales, marketing and communications. She also leads Hire Sales and public relations for other Favell Companies, including AcctKnowlege Financial Staffing and Search Engine. Courtney is a member of the Tulsa Chapter Public Relations Society of America and has held a board position with the Business Marketing Association Tulsa Chapter.

Jentry Nave – Client Services
Jentry received her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Political Science - International Affairs in 2010 and has over 3 years experience in sales and marketing with Red Bull North America. She has Gubernatorial campaign experience coordinating events and fundraisers and will also support our sister companies, AcctKnowledge, Hire Sales and Search Engine.
