One on One Coaching:

The forum’s coach meets individually with members between each meeting.  The executive can use this time to reinforce the discussion from the previous forum, present new issues to address in the upcoming forum, or  simply talk about any topic that he or she finds pressing.  The coach will also assist members with planning an upcoming presentation to the group.
