Meeting Format and Commitment:
A forum is comprised of 8-12 individuals in the same role from non-competing businesses. The group meets regularly throughout the year. Each session is four hours to ensure that business cases can be discussed thoroughly.
VISTALIGN will provide a seasoned coach to moderate each session and coordinate the details. The coach will also meet individually with each member during the month to support them in their specific endeavors. Additional outside resources may be brought in as requested periodically.
Confidentiality is essential in building an environment conducive to discussing strategic business decisions or difficult issues that members are facing. Members agree to honor a code of confidentiality and trust.
They also agree to make their forum a priority on their calendar. This high level of commitment serves to establish a board that generates great value to all members.
